I Mune Nurture Fruity Water Review

Lily recently tried these new fruity water pouches made by I mune Nurture. These are rather different from the average Capri-Sun or Cawston Press though. Each 200 ml contains 100% natural fruity water and immune support to keep kids healthy. These are ideal to consume as part of a balanced healthy diet. Lily tried these after she had a horrible cold so she was rather run down, so it was a bit of a 'pick-me-up'.
These 7 vitamins are water-soluable vitamin B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B9 (folic acid), B12 (folate), C, D, calcium, zinc and Well-mune beta glucans (soluble fibre from Baker's yeast), all of which support a healthy immune system and recommended daily allowances (RDA) are usually met with a balanced diet. So whilst these drinks contain 100% of the RDA for a young child, it is just a supplement, not a diet replacement. Think of it as a multi-vitamin, some children enjoy taking crunchy or gummy vitamins but with I Mune Nurture fruity pouches a little variety can be achieved by having a really nice fruity drink. Quenches thirst and promotes good immune health = excellent!

These drinks are marketed to children from the age of 2 years + and so far there are two flavours to choose from; Strawberry and cherry and pineapple and orange. They will appeal to any young child who enjoys fruity flavours.

Lily really enjoyed the strawberry and cherry fruity water particularly and thought it was quite a treat as juices do not regularly feature in our shopping list.

The special spout ensures no spillage as the valve doesn't allow free-flow, so although I couldn't decant a smaller serving into a glass for her, it was great to take for her to enjoy out and about in Ikea and to the park. We found the spout a little tricky at first, but we soon got the hang of it.

Lily gets colds, sniffles, coughs so easily from preschool, especially as illness are rife and preschoolers aren't the most reliable hand-washes, they prefer sleeves or hands to tissues, yuck! Many kids miss many days of their early years education due to getting poorly, so these fruity water pouches are an ideal immune boost to ward off those respiratory infections that can sometimes really drag on, making children susceptible to one thing after another.

I Mune Nurture healthy fruity water pouches are available in packs of 4 from all UK Tesco Extra stores, many Tesco superstores and on for a price of £1.99 which I think is fantastic.
