Meal Plan 18th - 24th January

A little late as today (18th Jan) was my daughter Lily's fourth birthday! We had a really enjoyable day celebrating at Oxygen Freejumping with wall-to-wall trampolines (Rob was in his element!) and she took in the majority of a Costco carrot cake for her friends at preschool in the afternoon. We let her think about what she wanted to eat and of course she requested broccoli, peas and sausages! Yum yum.

The Black Farmer's Daughter gluten free pulled pork sausages, potato smiles for Lily and Alexander as a birthday treat and quinoa for me and Rob, peas and broccoli

Cauliflower and spinach cheesy gluten free pasta bake and homemade pizza for lunch with friends. Carb-heavy day!

Beef faggots in gravy. I have never tried faggots before so it will be a complete first for me and the children. They contain gluten but that is fine since Rob is out this evening.

Duck in plum sauce, stir-fried vegetables and egg-fried brown rice

Homemade cod fish fingers, sweet potato chips and peas

No particular plans as I have my parents round for the weekend

slow-cooked lamb tagine and quinoa
