Easter Painting with Lily | My Wild Ones

Lily has always made a bee-line for the arts and crafts tables at playgroups and always gets stuck in whilst at preschool; her preschool bag is always stuffed with rolled up paintings and a good degree of glitter. Easter has been no exception. I bought some foam chick cut outs and designed a paint-by-numbers design on for her and away she went. Her paint brush control is coming along really well. She must have inherited the artistic streak and I am glad she is able to take pleasure in being as creative as she can.

She has recently completed two painting by numbers pieces and enjoyed them so much that we kept the paint and I simply draw a design and add the numbers of the paint and away she goes!

  1. Thats such a good idea to do your own paint by numbers, I use to love doing things like this as a child, well I still do now actually haha! #mywildones x

  2. Wow! I can't believe you designed those yourself - they look great, and it looks like Lily had a fab time :) Busby also loves a good arts and crafts session :)

Thanks for linking up to #MyWildOnes xx

  3. It looks like such a fab activity - I'm a mean mummy who doesn't let her toddler paint at home, maybe when he's a bit older and won't make quite so much mess I might change my mind! #MyWildOnes
