Meal Planning Monday 25/4

This week I am going to include my ideas for breakfasts and lunches as well as the meals for the week...
I have included 3 meals from 'Lean in 15' by the Body Coach. I don't own his book but quite a lot of recipes are available online and I'm pleased that most meals don't require any tweaks to suit us!


Breakfasts: smoothie bowls using bananas, almond milk and Love Smoothies frozen fruit sachets, granola.

Lunches: Soups, snacky lunches with houmous and dipping vegetables

Meals for the week:

Chicken with chorizo, spinach and cheese
Teriyaki salmon with courgetti
Sausage and sweet potato pie topped with feta
Korean beef bowl, stir-fried vegetables and brown rice with quinoa
Tacos with green lentils, corn of the cob, salad
Date night - beef stroganoff with broccoli
Cauliflower and lentil curry
