My Week in Pictures 26/8-4/9

It has been our last week of the holidays before Lily begins full-time infant school. Here are some photos from each day:

Friday 26th August - we spent most of the day at CarFest UK as VIP guests of Peugeot PR. We had a fantastic time and hopefully we will be able to work together in the near future, so exciting times ahead.

Saturday 27th August - we visited a local Pick Your Own and found the pumpkin patch swelling with ripening pumpkins and squashes, before they are ravaged in October!

Sunday 28th August  - I love this photo from our Sunday; both kids attempting to get the best view of whatever they were watching on the laptop.

Bank Holiday Monday 29th August - The kids had a Starbucks drink each!

Tuesday 30th August - Freestyle painting and painting by numbers was the aim of the game in the morning

Wednesday 31st August - I made my first spelt sourdough loaf using a homemade spelt starter. It was delicious and I will be making a bigger version soon as it was devoured so quickly, mainly by Rob and Lily.

Thursday 1st September - This day saw me prep a lot of new and preloved cloth nappies ready for baby number 3. I thought I would take advantage of the drying weather (which has since been replaced by rain!)

Friday 2nd September - We had my parents over for the day and we have barely seen them lately so we all enjoyed each others company, being lazy as it started raining.

Saturday 3rd September - We met my parents at the Urban Reef Restaurant in Boscombe for brunch. I had a plate of pancakes and maple syrup with smoked bacon, a hot chocolate and a pot of Dorset Tea. So good!

Sunday 4th September - Tomorrow Lily starts infant school, and whilst she has been ready for a while now, the feeling is bittersweet and I can't help but worry about her, in terms of making friends, avoiding bullying etc...

Hope you have an enjoyable week!
